Because our bookkeeping system is already multi-user, it only makes sense to add the ability for you to track your appointments in like fashion.

Each user can log into the company's books, then select Appointment Calendar from the Module menu. Once in the calendar, each user will not only be able to see their appointments and click thru to the details, but they can also see the names of other users and the appointment type with no click thru access. An administrator will be able to view the details of all appointments in one calendar and make an appointment or update one as needed.
