Because our bookkeeping system is already multi-user, and because we are designing Appointment Calendars and Work Orders, it only makes sense to add the ability for you to track contacts with leads, prospects and customers too. Each user can log into the company's books, then select Contact Management from the Module menu. Once in Contact Management, each user will only be able to see their contacts and click thru to the details for that lead. This keeps the competition among sales people down to a dull roar, yet allows management to see the details of their workforce. An administrator will be able to view the details of all appointments and contact history in one location and update information as needed.
