Is access to my books secure? Yes. Since our background is in software testing and system security, we have designed many protection features with you in mind. For example, all access to the Job Costing section is done via HTTPS, this encrypts the data you send to us and the data you receive from https://www.MooreWare.com. To access your books you will need a Company Code and a Pass Code on the first page. This ensures you know what company you intend to access and have the most recent pass code. The pass code gets changed regularly or on demand in case a key person leaves your company. On the next page, you will need a valid User ID and Password. These measures give real access to the information, but limit what you might be able to see according to how the user is defined (Owner, Admin, Regular, Accountant, etc). Back to Top

Will the system run slow when more users connect? Good question, yes and no. All websites are affected by the number of users connected, so yes. Every member of MooreWare.com has a unique database, so no. Do I get added modules on MooreWare.com automatically? Yes and good question. Modules are being created either because we have them planned or members have made a request. When these modules are completed and put into production, all members before November 1, 2006 will automatically get them free until their one year anniversary. For example, if you become a member on August 5, 2006, you will be able to use every new module created until August 4, 2007 free. I use an accountant, can she log in too? Yes she can. In fact MooreWare.com was designed with the accountant in mind. We even got input from accountants as we created user accounts! Where you have had to go to your accountant's office before and sift through your income and expenses sometimes for a few hours, now things are different. With MooreWare.com, you can give your accountant read-only ability to see your books, but not be able to accidentally make changes.
