To access your books you will also need a Company Code and a Passcode on the first page. This ensures you know what company you intend to access and have the most recent passcode. This passcode gets changed regularly or on demand in case a key person leaves your company. On the next page, you will need a valid User ID and Password. These measures give real access to the information, but limit what you might be able to see according to how the user is defined (Owner, Admin, etc). Two other VERY important features of MooreWare's Bookkeeping system is Audit Trail and Delete Protect - features previously only available in systems costing $100K and above.
