Because our bookkeeping system is already multi-user, it only makes sense to add the ability for you to track work orders in like fashion. Each user can log into the company's books, then select Work Orders from the Module menu. Once in work orders, each user will not only be able to see their appointments and click thru to the work orders, but they can also see the names of other users and their appointments with no click thru access. An administrator will be able to view the details of all appointments and work orders in one calendar and make an appointment or update a work order as needed.
